MIAMI — Fifteen Group completed the sale of 161 fully-entitled townhome lots to D.R. Horton in October 2016. The lots were vested with plans for 3 & 4 bedroom townhomes with garages and enclosed backyards and are located in Homestead, FL within the master-planned Keys Gate neighborhood.

Fifteen Group purchased the land in 2014 along with other acquisitions in the area. Homestead is a submarket of Miami that has seen tremendous growth in recent years as it is both commutable to the urban core of Miami and is only 30 minutes away from the Florida Keys. The transaction is consistent with Fifteen Group’s long history of identifying value and investing in path of growth submarkets.
