JAMES DUKE currently serves as a Vice President of Development and Construction. James has a long history of construction and project management across all property types. Prior to joining Fifteen Group, James most recently was Vice President of Development and Construction for Jesta Group, overseeing prime real estate assets in the commercial, residential, retail and hospitality sectors in South Florida. James received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Everglades University, Master of Construction Management from Everglades University, and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Terry W. Stiles School of Real Estate Development at Nova University.
