Denis Barreto, Jr.
Denis Barreto, Jr., CFA serves as a Vice President at Fifteen Group. Over the course of his career, he has worked on numerous core, value-add, and opportunistic investments with an aggregate value in excess of $1.5 billion. Prior to joining Fifteen Group, Mr. Barreto was vice president for Cho Dragon Management a boutique development firm, focusing on mixed-use projects in the urban core of Miami. Prior to that he was an associate at Jamestown Properties, a leading commercial real estate private equity firm, where he focused on office, retail, multifamily, and hotel acquisitions in New York, Florida, and Latin America. He began his career at Holliday, Fenoglio, & Fowler and has diverse experience in underwriting commercial real estate investments, including equity, debt, and structured finance transactions. Mr. Barreto graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2006 with a B.S. in Economics and a B.S. in Architecture, holds a Certificate in Urban Development, and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Mr. Barreto is a member of the CFA Society of Miami, and the Young Leaders Group of the Urban Land Institute.
